Frequently Asked Questions

We will notify you before you hit your monthly limit. Any additional shipments will continue to process normally with a small standard overage fee of ₹2.00 per label.
A shipment is counted when a shipping label is successfully generated. Draft shipments, cancelled shipments, or rates fetched at checkout do not count against your limit.

Pricing Philosophy

The true cost of ecommerce shipping software.

Why paying a predictable software subscription is fundamentally better than hidden per-label markups.

Evaluating shipping software costs usually involves choosing between two models: an aggregator that masks fees in the actual shipping rate, or a pure infrastructure play like RC:Ship where you pay a transparent SaaS fee.

The Problem with Hidden Markups

Many platforms advertise themselves as 'free,' but make their margin by inflating the underlying carrier rates. When you are shipping 100 packages a day, an invisible ₹15 markup on every shipment costs you ₹45,000 a month in lost profit. As you grow, these hidden logistics fees scale exponentially with your success.

RC:Ship’s pricing model decouples the software from the shipping rate. By charging a flat, transparent subscription, we allow you to plug in your directly negotiated carrier rates.

When you pay for software, you shouldn't pay a tax on your growth. A transparent pricing model ensures your profit margins stay intact.

ROI Through Automation

The real value of RC:Ship isn't just in preserving your margins—it's the operational hours saved. Whether you choose our WooCommerce plugin or the standalone Web App, automating your routing decisions, label generation, and tracking sync means your fulfillment team can do more with less overhead. The software pays for itself in reduced mis-ships and optimized carrier selection.
